Przytulne mieszkanie z 2 osobnymi sypialniami i bardzo wygodnymi łóżkami. Mieszkanie ciepłe, ciche z ładnym widokiem na osiedle i ogród, prywatne miejsce postojowe bezpośrednio przy wejściu do budynku. Spokojna okolica. Blisko sklepy, EDEKA, REWE. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem przez Whatsup. Dobre WIFI.

Po przyjeździe okazało się, że był jakiś błąd w systemie i nie ma przygotowanego naszego pokoju/mieszkania. Konieczne było jeszcze zorganizowanie sprzątania przez właściciela. I to jedyny minus. Później było już tylko lepiej. Właściciel ogarnął sprzątanie pokoju i pomimo, że było na szybko, bo 2 godziny, mieszkanie faktycznie było czyste.

Viel Platz, Innenstadtnähe, gemütliches Interieur, voll ausgestattete Küche, kostenloser Parkplatz, kontaktloser Zugang via Türcode, sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. In beiden Schlafzimmern mit SmartTv ausgestattet. Würden die Unterkunft für den Preis weiterempfehlen.

Kleinere Schönheitsreparaturen könnten nicht schaden, wie z.b. lose Fußleisten, stellenweise abblätternde Tapete oder ein altes, schwergängiges Holzfenster im Bad, der Badewannenrand bräuchte auch unbedingt eine gründliche Reinigung.

Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Lage der Wohnung war auch sehr gut ruhig zum Zentrum hat es nur mit dem Auto 13 min gedauert ein Rewe ist in der Nähe und Restaurants. Parkplätze waren auch immer da.

Also das es kein Fernsehen in der Wohnküche gab’s nur in den Zimmern und der Tisch steht ganz blöd das man öfters sein Kopf anstößt. Das schlimmste war das irgendjemand der auch die Unterkunft gebucht hat um 5 Uhr morgens an der Tür stand und versucht hat reinzukommen und das schlimmste war das er frage ob ich ihn ein Schlafplatz geben kann das er schlafen kann . Also ganz ehrlich meine Kinder hatten Angst wollte schon die Polizei rufen anscheinend kennt er den Besitzer der Wohnung da er mich fragte ob ich …. Kenne ??? Der hat fast 30 min versucht in die Wohnung zu kommen.

We booked this as an emergency place to stay when our previous booking turned out to be fraudulent and non-existent so we really just went for anything that was close by and reasonably priced. This is a top-floor apartment in a suburban area, not too far from Kassel so could be somewhere inexpensive to stay while visiting the city on a budget. For the price we paid, having a full apartment (two double bedrooms, living room/kitchen, bathroom) was pretty decent and it would work well for a family or two couples. Dedicated parking was right outside but there was also plenty of on-street parking available. A good-sized supermarket is within 5 minutes walking distance as well as other shops and fast-food outlets and a public park is only a short walk. We also saw a swimming pool which is attached to the local school but I don't know if it is open to the public.

The apartment was a bit grubby, everything needs a really good scrub; it's almost as though the place has been decorated recently but no one thought to clean the window frames and door handles. There is also a bit of an odour in the place, in particular the kitchen/living room; this was most noticeable when we first arrived and then again in the morning when we woke up. This is probably from the apartment below which absolutely stank of stale tobacco smoke when we were passing it on the stairs so isn't really the fault of the owner. The bathroom fittings are a bit dated with a hand-held shower over the bath and one of those classic German toilets where your poop lands on a platform for you to inspect before you flush it away. OMFG, it's 2025, not the dark ages. Surely a replacement bathroom wouldn't cost too much? The kitchen is also a bit sparse; only the bare necessities provided and I was very surprised to find a dishwasher with the previous occupant's dirty cutlery still inside. Also, there is not much point providing a dishwasher if you don't provide at least one dishwasher tablet... The bedding and towels were clean and laid out nicely however the beds are unbelievably soft/worn-out; I struggled to get comfy because my arse was resting on the bedframe through the mattress!
