Spacious and modern 1 bedroom flat

1. There are 2 curtains in bedroom , 1 has black out blind other onto AC unit is thin and flimsy White curtain that let's in light. So bad is the room is too bright. They need blackout here also 2. You only get 1 access card which I think is inconvenient for 2 people . Everytime we had to put back in a bar code box 3. I asked for late checkout which was given but then on last day was asked to leave before the time agreed. Which I couldn't do ecause I was at work. This put pressure on me and my daughter who was out also

Reception, security, porter would not take ownership of any questions they would pass you on to each other rather than communicating with each other to help out the customer. Maybe this is how it is but the hotel owners need to probably step in and give some direction to the staff.
