We spent most days exploring Pu Luong and found the location really convenient. The views were a bonus and the staff were always happy to help

The atmosphere here is very calm. After a busy trip around Vietnam, it was nice to slow down and enjoy the mountains. The staff were attentive without being intrusive

The gorgeous view from the rooms and the dining area. Tuan in particular was so very helpful. It was easy to request laundry service as well as organising tours through the reception
Situated right on the road, drivers often honk around going around corners so it feels like a semi is going to run through your bedroom door multiple times a day. Bamboo stilts had very poor soundproofing. We could hear everything, everyone. We had many guests, including bats and rats. We didn't mind the geckos. They were pretty cute. There was a gap between the bedroom and the bathroom so we couldn't fully close ourselves off to the environment, which did not help with soundproofing.
