Apartamento 1 nuevo en El Alamillo en zona residencial de 1 dormitorio con piscina comunitaria

We found the apartment was exactly what we had hoped. 1) The location was excellent and close to the Port and the many restaurants and beaches. 2) The apartment was well presented, very clean and we were able to settle in quickly. 3) The kitchen was immaculate with everything needed to cook the meals when not eating out. 4) The bed was very comfortable with a fan above the bed which we had to use due to the current high temperatures in the region. 5) The shower room was also in very good condition, large shower cubicle just perfect 6) The handover was very easy with someone there to hand over the keys 5 minutes after we arrived (we were early) We were on a relaxing break away for the first time in 2 years and desperately needed it. The host continually checked in with us to ensure we were happy and comfortable. it was just as well they did because I locked us out (closed the door before lifting the keys) How stupid I felt. But the host arranged for help to get us back inside. We waited less than 10 minutes for help to come. Please, please consider this property if you are looking for a comfortable, well equipped and quiet place to stay. It is fantastic value.

Nothing to dislike for us. We felt that the property excelled. Although it is close to the port it is in a very quiet area and we heard very little noise.

Alles! Het appartement is klein maar fijn en volledig ingericht, werkelijk álles is er. Matilde is ook geweldig, ze reageert supersnel op de app en lost problemen direct op. De ligging is ook top - in een heerlijk rustig buitenwijkje maar op loopafstand van het strand en de gezellige haven. Twee heel kleine minpuntjes - het is erg gehorig en de stroom knalt er makkelijk uit als je alle apparaten tegelijk aanhebt. Boiler en bv airco dus even uitzetten als je gaat koken 😆 Maar verder - gewoon boeken!

Das Apartment liegt ziemlich zentral und man hat alles in der Nähe, was man braucht. Die Eigentümerin hat sich von Anfang bis Ende immer wieder bei uns gemeldet und gefragt, ob alles passt. Insgesamt war der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin sehr angenehm. Persönlich kennengelernt haben wir sie leider nicht. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos und unbürokratisch funktioniert. Das Apartment befindet sich in einer kleinen Wohnanlage und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung im Apartment ist ausreichend. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Bettwäsche, Handtücher usw. muss man selbst mitbringen. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine Dachterrasse, allerdings gibt es dort keine Sitz-/Liegemöglichkeiten. Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen.
