It is walking distance to shops, restaurants and the train station. Full kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The bathroom could use an update. On the surface, the property looked modern but some details are dated and in need of maintenance. The shower curtain needs to be replaced. It is mouldy and broken. The washing machine had dirty towels in it and the bin was full from a previous guest. General maintenance required all round, touch up paintwork, cracked glass in door, etc.
