The house is fantastic for spending a few peaceful days. It was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen is more than well-equipped enough to spend a few days without having to eat out all the time. Mauro was extremely attentive throughout our stay and always available for any questions or anything we needed. I would mention the following as recommendations rather than things we didn’t like: 1. The pool is perfect, but keep in mind that it gets quite deep in the central area, and the transition from shallow to deep is quite sudden. So, if you’re travelling with children or anyone who isn’t a confident swimmer, make sure to use the floats that Mauro has thoughtfully left around the pool. 2. Carbonia is not particularly touristy, which was actually a positive for me. However, it’s worth keeping in mind that supermarket, restaurant and shop opening hours reflect this. If you’re visiting the area as a tourist, you won’t have everything available at all times, so it’s worth planning accordingly.

The only thing I can think of is that the air conditioning in the living room doesn’t cool very well. It was also extremely hot during the days we stayed, so that may have made it more noticeable. However, it’s not a significant issue, as the air conditioning in the bedroom works perfectly.

Zeer rustige ligging en niet ver van isola saint Antioco. Ook Cagliari is goed te doen met de auto. Het appartement was zeer schoon en alles is aanwezig van wasmachine tot en met pleisters. Mooi uitzicht in de avond vanaf het balkon.

Het bed was zeer slecht en zakte vreselijk door. Dit had te maken met het dramatisch slechte bedframe. De eigenaar had geen tijd om iets beters te regelen, daarom hebben we het matras maar op de grond gelegd. Veel eigenaren begrijpen nog steeds niet dat een goed bed een van de belangrijkste zaken is voor vakantiegangers. Het appartement is zwaar gedateerd en een aantal zaken waren stuk. Voor de koelkast, het koffiezetapparaat en de elektrische pan was er slechts een stopcontact aanwezig. Koelkast moest dus uit als we koffie wilden zetten.
