Po pierwsze bardzo blisko rynku, po drugie ciepło w domu (podgrzewana podłoga w kuchni i łazience). Bardzo ładny wystrój, dużo opcji podświetlania różnych elementów mieszkania.
Brak dużego lustra w pokoju. Dla osób dbających o prezencję to pewien dyskomfort.
