Excelente comunicación y atención tiene caricasas… la ubicación me encantó tiene cerca un centro comercial y encuentra todo y fácil acceso al centro de la ciudad…. El apartamento súper cómodo y tranquilo…. Me encantó tiene cerca… gracias

Very light and airy apartment with spacious room, apart from the bathroom.

The entrance to the apartment block was very gloomy and the path to the block not well looked after.The kitchen was not well equipped for cooking proper meals. The space between the toilet and shower was practically non existent and there was no space to put down a bath mat. The shower floor was extremely slippery and should have at least have had something to hold on to. The flush on the toilet was broken, the owner came at once to check it out and the next day remedies the situation although it wasn't a proper repair There were steps between the kitchen and the landing and steps down to the living area. Not safe for anyone with mobility issues and especially if carrying plates of food from kitchen to living room. I personally don't have a problem but the steps should be mentioned. The private off road parking mentioned in the description, which was a crucial factor for us, was actually on the main road
