Responsive contact from Elisa giving us the lockbox code and advice on where to eat - we ate in three of her recommendations in the evening and had breakfast at the excellent Caffè Italia below the cathedral. The location was good, easy to get to the sights - we enjoyed staying in the upper part of town, which felt less touristy.
A suggestion to leave some comprehensive instructions on how to use the washing machine in the utility area.
