The location was fantastic, close to all the action. The apartment was beautiful. It was stocked with everything we needed. It was nicely decorated. It was comfortable. It was reasonably priced through Booking.com. The gym and pool were outstanding.

Had some problems with Heaven Crest. There was a huge miscommunication with the deposit. A representative met us at the building upon check in. I was charged right there for the whopping deposit. It was communicated that the deposit was just a HOLD. Not true. It was charged to my credit card immediately. That deposit was supposed to come back to credit card. Online payment is returned to online card. That was WRITTEN in the communication thread with Heaven Crest. It did not get returned to credit card. They said I was supposed to get cash when I departed the property. Again, not true. No where was that communicated or agreed upon. Had to fight to get deposit back. It eventually was paid through PayPal.
