Heaven Crest Vacation Homes - Luxury Forte

The location of this place is fabulous! If you know about the air conditioned walkways that you can use to get to the Dubai Mall, this is an excellent spot!! It was roughly a 5 min walk to the mall as the crow flies or about 10 mins through the walkways. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was super cold! Beds were comfortable and amenities nice. Had a nice homely vibe to the place. There is a little convenience store at the base of the building and then a bigger store 200m down the road. We were on level 25 so had a great view of the motorway.

This place was sold to us as having a pool. There was never any mention of the pool being out for maintenence for duration of our stay. However, they let us use the pool of forte tower 2 thankfully!! There was a leak from the ceiling when we got there which had flooded the bathroom. Took 1½ hours for the maintenance guy to come out. Turns out the air conditioning unit hadnt been serviced and the filters were clogged. Would have liked the person who took us to our apartment to have shown us properly how the door key lock with number pad worked as it is something I have never experienced before. The elevator didnt work properly the first day we got there which resulted in us walking up/down 25 flights of stairs.... The place could do with a bit of a spruce up as there was mould on the silicone around shower glass and also on the bath tub and the curtain in the lounge area was broken and hanging off.
