Our stay was incredible. The villa is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, we got the lake view overlooking the lake and it was magnificent. All the amenities that you could ever need were there, including some gifts from the owners, which was very sweet. It is a perfect stay for those who want to escape the city and spend a couple of days surrounded by peace and quiet. If we ever return to Como, we will definitely choose this place again.

Very well situated, only a few meters from the lake. Huge garden and very pretty house with all necessary equipment. Loved the bakery close by and Cafe Roma next door 🥰
You have to be careful when you cross the road on your way to the lake - the traffic can be very dangerous.

Clean, modern, great decor, beautiful garden, spacious, great communication with hosts, gifts on arrival!
Location is good, 5 minutes walk from the lake, but it’s in a pedestrian zone so that is a bit annoying; also to reach the house you need to walk on and/or cross a main road where cars speed, there’s no pavement. Not ideal. No shops or restaurants nearby, need to walk 15-20 minutes or get the car.

The location was great, the weather was wonderful so we were able to enjoy the outdoor space. The managers were very responsive to any questions we had. The apartment was well stocked with appliances, and even included enough coffee for our stay. Really enjoyed the outdoor space just off the kitchen.
The furniture inside the house was not the most comfortable fortunately the weather was great so the four of us spent most of our time outside. It would have been difficult to spend more time indoors with the existing furniture. The furniture outside was adequate.
