An sich die Lage, auch wenn nachts des Öfteren am Kurplatz rumgebrüllt wurde.

Der Boden war schmierig, die Fenster dreckig. 50 Treppen bis in den 3. Stock, dazu eine Katzentreppe in der Wohnung, die in das 2. Schlafzimmer führte. Der Balkon war dreckig und die Stühle auf dem Balkon waren eine Frechheit. Kaputt und praktisch nicht nutzbar. Nachts wurde mehrfach am Kurplatz rumgebrüllt und man konnte nicht schlafen.
