L’appartement est joli, propre et à 15 mn du centre ville à pied.
L’immeuble est très bruyant. L’appartement étant situé au rdc et non loin de la porte d’entrée principale, les bruits de passage, d’entrée et de sortie étaient très dérangeants.
Impossible de trouver une place de stationnement dans la rue, sans doute accentué par les travaux de voirie dans le quartier. Mais il fallait se stationner assez loin et heureusement que notre voiture était petite!
Dans l’appartement, on a souvent eu des odeurs de remontée d’eau, pas très agréable !
On a eu besoin de chauffage un soir, mais le radiateur ne fonctionnait pas, peut être était ce dû à un allumage commun à l’immeuble ?
