Amazing house in great location, ideal for couples, families and friends.
The communication and coordination with the landlord was very easy and friendly.

Posizione fronte mare e terrazzo superiore con vista mozzafiato. Residenza di lusso con ampia cucina e tre camere da letto e piscina privata . Il bagno superiore presenta un bidet. Parcheggio fronte appartamento, comodissimo e unico nel suo genere. Niente baccano notturno, struttura molto silenziosa. Veloce check in.
Due TV smart di discrete dimensioni. Presenza nel bagno superiore di vasca idromassaggio oltre un'ampia doccia.
Battaglia la prima notte con invasione di scarafaggi in cucina, ma sull'isola sono all'ordine del giorno. Andava fatta una disinfestazione prima. Il bagno superiore negli ultimi giorni emanava un odore di fogna, ma era separato dalla camera tramite una porta.
La camera superiore è difficilmente areabile e rimane abbastanza calda.

Tolle Lage, super groß! Schöne Strände in wenigen 100 Metern aber auch Parkplatz vor der Türe um weiter Sehenswürdigkeiten problemlos mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Geeignet um in mx. 1 1/2 Stunden bis in den Norden zu gelangen.
Sehr große Küche mit vielfältiger Ausstattung.
15 Minuten bis zum Surfcenter La Pared.
Sehr gute Restaurants in zu Fuß zu erreichen (z.B.: Restaurant Costa Beach am Meer oder B-Side Cafe mit perfekter Pizza und herrlichem Ausblick).
Eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer in OG wäre vorteilhaft, geht aber auch so.
