Localização maravilhosa, ponto de ônibus na frente; supermercado e restaurante no mesmo prédio muito bons; atendeu a proposta de atendimento familiar; bem equipado.
O prédio é antigo e simples, não é que não gostei, é uma observação importante. O que me incomodou foi a área de banho do banheiro, bem pequena uma pessoa de 90kg terá dificuldades de banho e ausência de janelas para uma vista urbana, Me senti um pouco enclausurado. Mas volto fácil.

Hyvällä sijainnilla oleva toimiva kolmio. Kaasuliedellä oli helppo valmistaa ateriat, jos ei huvittanut lähteä ulos. Useita ruokakauppoja lähellä ja muutakin päivittäistavaraa helposti saatavilla. Lämmitys toimi erinomaisesti, tammikuussakin tarkeni vesipattereilla ja ilmalämpöpumpuilla. Tiskeille oli pohjoismainen kuivauskaappi kätevä.
Veden paine oli pääosan ajasta liian alhainen. Tämä vaikutti boilerin toimintaan. Suihkussa joko paleltui tai korventui. Keittiössä ei pesun aikana voinut avata hanaa eikä pyykkäri saanut olla käynnissä. Tilanteeseen ehkä vaikuttivat talossa meneillään olevat monet äänekkäät remontit. Isännältä ei saanut vesiongelmaan apua, ei myöskään kelvottoman kapselikahvikoneen korjaamiseen tai vaihtamiseen. Kyllästyimme valittamaan ja ostimme oman mokkapannun.
