Gute Lage. - Da die Wohnung Favorita nach hinten ins Grün ausgerichtet ist, bekommt man nicht so viel vom Straßenverkehr mit (Einfachverglasung), die Luft ist besser und die Aussicht auf den Monte Pellegrino großartig. - Busanbindung wenige Meter entfernt, auch der Zug ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar (verläuft unterirdisch). - Supermarkt wenige Minuten entfernt. Die - nicht schwerwiegenden - "Probleme" wurden schnell behoben.
Optimal wäre noch Insektenschutz an den Fenstern, was sich vermutlich aufgrund des Altbaus schwierig ist. Es waren trotz verhältnismäßig niedrigen Temperaturen (bis 15 Grad) viele Mücken unterwegs. Ein paar Bilder an der Wand o.ä. wären gut, da es im Wohn-/Essbereich etwas hallig ist.

La zona era molto tranquilla ed accessibile. Una nota stonata però per il parcheggio auto, introvabile. Una volta trovato però si ci può spostare con gli autobus.
L appartamento era molto accogliente e confortevole. Vogliamo segnalare però alcune pecche. Una mattonella rotta che si muoveva al passaggio e sicuramente qualcosa da migliorare nella pulizia generale fra piano cottura e alcune lenzuola che aveva dei segni neri.
