Everything about the apartment.
There were no bathroom amenities (no shower gel, no shower cap, only 1 toilet paper to use fo the whole week, as we've booked a whole week). Their didn't give us the spare linen we had to use the same one for the whole week. There was no light bulb, they sent a new one (2) but they didn't fit. When it was veeeery cold when we wanted to use the heater as we saw a cardboard on our arrival, only to find out there wasn't any, it was js a cardboard only. They didn't send us the location, we were lost not even knowing the place as we're not from Joburg.
