La ubicación, el salón y 2 de las habitaciones. La limpieza y el orden.
Una de las habitaciones tenía un sofá-cama que por las dimensiones de la habitación y la disposición no se podía abrir, con lo que se quedaba en simple sofá.
La entrega de llaves y la salida del apartamento: impaciencia del personal encargado, presentándose antes de tiempo.

L'appartement est très bien équipé et joliment décoré. Les hôtes sont d'une grande gentillesse. Quelques attentions nous attendaient à notre arrivée.

I should have investigated the location better.Purely my fault I know the town well.
Prooerty in typical Spanish location better in summer bit dark in January.
Towels could be better and larger.
Heating could be better for winter lets lucky we had good weather for time of year.
