Todo súper cómodo

A anfitriã muito legal e sempre disposta a nos ajudar, muito gente boa mesmo, casa ampla e arrumada, localização boa e sem dúvida o valor pelo custo e benefício valeu super.

It was clean and comfortable. The area was very safe with nice people.

We booked and paid for the entire apartment, which includes two separate bedrooms and a living room with a couch suitable for sleeping. Based on this we were allowed to fully use the apartment. One night we met a childhood friend who lives nearby. We returned very early in the morning, and he stayed over instead of going home- we had a free extra room. The next morning, however, the owners were extremely upset and accused us of being bad guests because we had not informed them about our friend. We were then forced to pay a significant extra fee, which came as a complete shock to us. At no point were we clearly informed beforehand that having a guest stay over would result in additional charges, especially when booking an entire apartment. The situation felt unfair and unprofessional.
