Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war zu jederzeit ohne Probleme. Die Lage der Wohnung war ruhig, etwas abgelegen, ein Auto war von Vorteil.

Wohnung war sehr sauber, komfortabel und gemütlich. Wäsche und Handtücher reichlich vorhanden, Küche mit Küchengeräten gut ausgestattet, Heizung über W-Lan, wir waren wie zuhause.

Good responsiveness of host. Everything on site was as suggested it would be. I used the tennis club nearby for a few coaching lessons. Great location, refurbished bathroom, cleanliness of facilities (minus recurrent dog remains in car park of someone living on site poss. via long term rental), pool area and greens perfectly being looked after.
Condo owners need to do something about a rogue member who leaves his dog(s) out regularly not cleaning the remaians of these animals which were dispersed all over car parking area. In case you got renters in apartment on top it might get a bit noisy as walls/floors not well insulated.
