Cozy One Bedroom Near Dubai Hills Mall

It’s a comfortable apartment, clean and it’s in a good location in Dubai Hills, close to park and mall.

The reception is not very efficient for guests who stay in apartments like these. It looks to me that it works best for long term rentals and not short stays. There is no WiFi at the pool or gym. No towels for the pool or Padel rackets, so you need to come prepared for that. WiFi only works inside the apartment. There’s a bit of pollution from construction work nearby and cars overlooking the road. Some noise from cars and construction as well. Also if you arrive late please ensure a representative is there to meet you, we had an issue with reception because no one was there as a representative although the information we revived was that we could do a self check in. We waited an hour to get in to the apartment when we arrived. Also no flexibility with later check out and after our negative check in experience, I think a gesture of some sort would have been appropriate when we asked for an extra hour to check out.
