This is almost the center of the Bishektas district, there are many food courts nearby, and the port is not far away. The only thing I wanted to emphasize was the staircase. I understand you can't change it. But getting up those stairs at night was quite a quest.
It wasn't very clean, and I understand that calling a full cleaning service every time isn't cost-effective. But summer has arrived, and it would have been nice to just wash the windows.

Хорошая локация: рядом порт, автобусные остановки, морской музей, обилие кафе и магазинов. Хозяева оперативно отвечали на вопросы. Стабильный wi-fi.
Многие детали интерьера нуждаются в обновлении: травмоопасные углы у столов (журнальный стол из куска керамогранита с острыми углами, стол на кухне держится на необработанных профилях, порезались несколько раз), уставший диван с частично поломанным корпусом, часть посуды уже не пригодна для приготовления пищи и т.д. Слышно всё, что происходит на улице, от звуков с проезжей части до оргии голубей во дворе. Существенно не хватало обогревателя, без тёплых пижам пришлось бы совсем тяжко.
