Well friendliness of the staff ans they went far and beyond to make our stay there so much better.

The breakfast was just OK enjoyable but I was expecting more options and the breakfast station needs more attention and there should be someone assisting the reception guy because he was an all rounder to all the guests from reception to housekeeping its too much for one person but he did a great job and he polite.. our room didn't have iron, microwave and bar fridge we requested and the reception guy assisted with them extra mile 🥰
In the bathroom the taps were loose so it was hard to balance the water temperature it's was a struggle. Too many loose and visible extension cords and the other one even blasted while busy ironing...
