Bev was a fantastic host, warm, hospitable and incredibly friendly throughout my stay! She went out of her way to show me how to get to the nearby Giraffe Centre and the lasagne on arrival was warm, hearty and much appreciated!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking to explore the Karen area of Nairobi.
That I didn't stay a tad longer for early morning Yoga!

This property is gorgeous! Very private and safe, it's a beautiful and unique place to stay while in Nairobi :-) Unfortunately, our trip was cut short but we would have loved to have stayed longer. Beverly is very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Pumbaa Farmhouse ist ein Juwel, ein Paradies fern ab von jeglichem Stadtrummel. Die Vegetation ist traumhaft, die schönen Sonnenuntergänge und die schöne Poolanlage machen diese Unterkunft zu einem ganz besonderen Ort. Das Frühstück wird jeden Morgen um die gewünschte Uhrzeit direkt ins Cottage gebracht. Es war frisch und sehr lecker. Alles auf europäischem Standart. Wir kommen gerne wieder:-)
Alles hat gepasst und wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Keine Kritik sondern nur eine Info: man muss sich nur im klaren sein, dass Pumbaa sehr abgelegen liegt und abgesehen vom Frühstück keine Möglichkeit besteht, etwas zu essen. Man muss also entweder im Supermarkt was holen und selbst kochen, oder man geht auswärts - beides ohne Uber oder Mietwagen nicht möglich.
