La ubicación, limpieza y comodidad del apartamento. Su anfitriona nos ayudó a resolver nuestros requerimientos y los conserjes fueron muy amables con nosotros.

Irina la encargada fue muy amable y me ayudo todos los días de mi estadía. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario para ir a trabajar algunos días.
Las cortinas no son black out y frente al dpto hay un estacionamiento con mucha luz, eso y el ruido que se escucha bastante hacen un poco difícil poder descansar. Sugiero mejorar las cortinas y quizá termopanel para aislar el ruido.

Excepcional departamento, nuevo, decorado y equipado con muy buen gusto, con todo lo necesario, la anfitriona se preocupa hasta el último detalle, el personal de portería es muy dispuesto y educado, siempre atento a cualquier necesidad, supermercado al frente, ubicación central sobre una rápida avenida, tanto para visitar Concepción como Talcahuano, uno de los mejores lugares en que estuvimos.
No reciben pagos con tarjetas a usuarios de Booking, debieran reconsiderar ese tema.
