    Great place and friendly staff. It’s close to the Cellular Jail and has a great restaurant nearby. They were helpful in arranging cab, transport, food and also packed the breakfast before heading out for the early morning ferry to havlock. Highly recommended

    We stayed at this hotel for one day in a premium sea-facing room, and unfortunately, it did not live up to the high price tag. Aside from its strategic location right near the Cellular Jail, there was very little to justify the premium cost. 🚫 Pathetic Buffet & Food Quality The hotel seriously needs to reconsider or drastically improve its restaurant tie-up. For the premium price charged for the room, the buffet was absolutely pathetic. The quality and selection did not match the standards of a premium property, leaving us highly disappointed. 🛏️ Uncomfortable Extra Bed We paid extra for an additional bed for our child, but it was incredibly uncomfortable. It was far too hard, with barely two inches of cushioning, making it very difficult for a kid to get a good night's rest. While the sea view and proximity to Cellular Jail are major plus points, the lack of basic comfort and subpar food made this stay poor value for money. At the price paid, you expect a much higher standard of service and comfort. Would not recommend.
