The building is in an excellent location in-between Copacabana and Ipanema means both are easily accessible without feeling surrounded by hotels and tourists. It felt very secure and had a doorman 23h.
The apartment itself is very comfortable, cosy, and very functional. It has all the amenities you need and shops and food places are a 5 minute walk away.
The apartment is quite dark and a little damp as it's on the second floor and the windows are onto a small courtyard. This was fine for us though as we were only really there to shower and sleep, although clothes don't dry very well if you wash.

Design of flat is just perfect! Everything you need for a comfortable stay designed functionally yet beautiful.
The bathroom shower seems to have leak which allows water to flow out of shower into bathroom floor. Not the end of the world but the shower mat gets soaked everytime you shower.
