An authentic Swiss life experience
I had a truly wonderful stay here. The scenery around the house is absolutely stunning, and the room itself was very comfortable. During my stay I had my own private bathroom, which made everything even more relaxing. The atmosphere was so peaceful that I often found myself simply enjoying fruit and tea in the beautiful garden surrounding the house. It felt like a resort in itself, and I was so content that I hardly visited the major tourist attractions—so much so that the family even asked me if I wasn’t planning to go out anywhere! Although the house is in the mountains, there is a train station and a small supermarket nearby, so I never felt any inconvenience. They also provide a pass to travel around the canton of Glarus, which was very helpful. But most of all, what made this stay unforgettable was the warm care and thoughtfulness of the family who welcomed me. Their hospitality truly made me feel at home.

Die Gastfreundschaft und die Unterkunft waren top!
Wir wurden sehr herzlich willkommen geheissen. Das Gastgeber-Ehepaar Michelle und Walti waren sehr kundenorientiert und haben in Mitlödi ein Paradies geschaffen. Die Unterkunft im UG des EFH mit Zimmer und eigenem WC/Dusche ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Unser Highlight war das Nutzen des wunderschönen Gartensitzplatzes.

Äußerst netter Gastgeber, gute, zeitnahe und sympathische Kommunikation über WhatsApp. Unterkunft ist schön gelegen, ruhig, einfach und praktisch.
Kein großes Problem, aber wir würden lieber zwei einzelne Bettdecken statt einer großen Bettdecke für zwei Personen vorziehen. Aber vielleicht hätten wir einfach nur fragen müssen.... :-)

Schöner Aufenthalt bei sehr netten Vermietern
Die Vermieter sind außergewöhnlich nett und hatten hervorragende Tipps für Ausflüge in die Berge, in diesem Fall zum Schneewandern (Schneeschuhe zum Ausleihen gab es im Haus freundlicherweise auch :-)). Der Ort ist sehr gut an die Bahn angeschlossen und man kommt damit ohne größeren Aufwand in beide Richtungen des Tals. In den Nachbardörfern gibt es gute Gastronomie, abends ist es aber besser, man hat ein Auto dabei. Es war alles super und wenn es noch eine kleine Kochnische geben würde, dann passt alles zu 100 %!
