the interaction to obtain instructions to enter the place was very ambigous, after several calls I obtain some videos for guidance. The parking place is not big enough for a van, please consider to inform that the parking place are for small cars.

The spaces for sure enough for 4 people

Could be a bit more clean for standards. Trash bin dirty from previous renters for example. The instructions to retrieve the keys was incredibly difficult cause the instructions are not clear. We were 4 trying to figure them out, let’s say should be easier since it’s also the first thing have on arrival.

There was some difficulty getting the keys as the main gate was locked and instructions were not up to date as a key pad had been installed. Host did not have the information for access and we had to wait for another resident to come out of the property before we could get in. Once in the property we found that there was no bath mat for the bathroom and no towel for hand drying. A towel in one of the bedrooms was small and not suitable for drying after a shower. Host indicated she would talk to concierge but nothing happened. There was no information about rubbish disposal and after requesting information we had left the apartment by the time the information was sent to us.

Veel gedoe om aan de sleutel te geraken. Contactpersoon opende de poort niet, gelukkig iemand anders van het gebouw tegengekomen. Beschrijving van garage naar appartement ook zeer onduidelijk. We probeerden het verkeerde appartement binnen te gaan, gelukkig hielp die vriendelijke bewoner ons wel.

Hygiëne! Appartement was niet opgekuist. Contact opgenomen met eigenares die die dan iemand stuurde. Onvriendelijk persoon. Snel gekuist, maar helemaal niet in orde. Appartement heeft veel mogelijkheden, maar heeft dringende een opfrissingsbeurt nodig. Stoel kapot, raam moeilijk te openen door kapot gordijn, kussens in zeer slechte staat… garagepoort van de garagebox kapot, zonder dit even te laten weten.
