Die Lage ist hervorragend, eine Bushaltestelle und eine U Bahn Station die einen überall hinbringen sind unmittelbar in der Nähe, außerdem ist vieles fußläufig erreichbar und es sind sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe
Die Ausstattung der Küche ist mangelhaft. Kaffeemaschine defekt und es funktionierte auch nur ein Kochfeld. Mangelnde Sprachkenntnisse machten die Übergabe schwierig, weder Englisch noch Italienisch
