Warm welcome, great space, well-equipped pod in a peaceful, charming setting.

We had a wonderful stay in this unique and thoughtfully designed accommodation. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome, greeting us personally and even giving us a tour of the beautiful church on site, which added a special touch to the experience. The pod itself was compact yet impressively well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable few nights. There was plenty of space to relax, ample parking, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. A great blend of charm, convenience, and hospitality.

I am 6ft3 and broad shouldered. The shower was a little tight for me but was still useable. No other complaints.

A fantastic find

A lovely warm welcome, and a fantastic position that's both out of the way but also close to everything you need. The pod was extremely clean and well equipped, with lots of extra little touches. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll be back!

Podardawe Perfection!

The pod was exceptionally clean, mo dern and had everything we could have asked for and more! It was really well thought out, with a subtle Welsh theme and delightful personal touches. We had a lovely welcome from Phil, who gave us information about the local area and some interesting historical facts. Easy to park. Great outside area. Walking distance to pubs, cafes and shops. Beautiful setting.

Absolute cracker!

Great location, with a beautiful walk into Pontardawe alongside the river, strewn with wildflowers. Amazing history of the Hall from Phil, and so many thoughtful touches throughout. An absolute gem.

Really relaxing chilled out night away.

Really cleverly designed, incredible amount of facilities in such a compact space. Really nice setting, peaceful but also close to town.

A couple of minor issues with some of the facilities, but messaged Phil the host and these were sorted out promptly.

Cosy little cabin in a great location

Lovely quiet spot, cosy cabin with good facilities. A short walk away from the town centre, including a Lidl. Lots of space to park. Really good communication from Phil and he gave us some good recommendations on where to walk in the local area.

Perfect location just a few minutes walk from centre of town. Came for a friend’s Comedy Club. So ideal spot for a comfy snd convenient nights stay. Highly recommend. Phil was the perfect host.

Amazing romantic getaway

Phil is great and very helpful . We had an amazing time there. The pod was clean and although not the biggest, everything came very handy and well prepared. Really appreciated the customised items and gifts. Warmly recommend. 😊

The birdbox was everything we could hope for and more :)

The location was perfect: It was just a short walk from stops and shops but away from main roads, in a peaceful and residential area, surrounded by trees with great views. The owner was a mine of information and provided books and maps for us as well as some really great personalised touches which made our stay really special.

We were happy with everything.

Très bel accueil, endroit insolite, on adore! Je recommande vivement pour 1 ou quelques nuits. Le lit double est grand, j’avais peur que mon conjoint (182cm) ne soit pas confortable mais pas du tout!
