I believe it is a more practical option if you are not traveling alone. It was a big one for me, and I did not need to use most of its facilities, like the kitchen. It is within walking distance of the old city and a tram line.

Bardzo czyste mieszkanie, ładne urządzone, wszystkie dogodności jak w opisie. Lokalizacja świetna. Wszędzie blisko. Spacerkiem można się przejść na Jeżyce do fajnych restauracji czy do centrum komunikacja miejsca, która jest tuż pod blokiem. Do tego okolica dosyć spokojna. Idealne miejsce na weekendowy wypad
Cena mogłaby być niższa, ponieważ 350 to dosyć sporo, jednak jak na Poznań jest to i tak atrakcyjna cena w porównaniu z innymi lokalami. Poza tym łazienka wymaga lekkich poprawek, jak np. Deska od toalety nie trzyma na jednym zawiasie czy kabina głośno piszczy przy zamykaniu. Są to jednak szczegóły które nie wpływały na ogólny komfort mieszkania.
