Cet appartement est bien situé au calme mais assez proche du centre ville .En entrant j'ai été charmée par la déco et le confort présent.

La situation géographique, l appartement plutôt fonctionnel, la luminosité et l espace, la propreté.
Le manque d'ustensiles de cuisine, certaines choses cassées (robinet lavabo salle de bains, porte manteaux, store) l'installation succincte (pas d'armoire, ni placard, ni penderie), l'odeur nauséabonde dans les communs de l'immeuble en travaux, le bruit des voiture même si modéré du fait de l'immeuble en retrait de la route.
