Квартира довольно большая и в целом чистая, уборка сделана хорошо. Ремонт старый и есть запах старой квартиры, но не критично. На кухне есть всё необходимое, посуда и техника в порядке, на кухне также чисто. Парковку возле подъезда находили всегда и бесплатно, что было удобно. Из плюсов рядом есть детская площадка, магазины и торговые центры в шаговой доступности. Интернета нет, но нам это было не принципиально.
Не понравилось, что дверь в спальню не открывается изнутри. Это доставило реальные неудобства, пришлось возвращаться в квартиру, чтобы выпустить спутника. Странно, что хозяева до сих пор не починили такую мелочь. Дверь в туалет тоже закрывается плохо и слышимость максимальная. Стиральной машиной воспользоваться не удалось, так как в отсеке для порошка плесень и не хотелось рисковать вещами. Лифта в доме нет, имейте в виду.
