Good, but with some specifics

The apartment visually corresponds to the description and is very well equipped. As it has been offered for only a year now, everything is still in very good condition. The bed is comfortable, and the Internet access is excellent.

We knew from the photographs that the apartment is of semi-basement type, so that didn't surprise us. What I didn't know (but I should have assumed) is that the ceiling is maybe a little bit more than 2.0 meters high. It might be challenging if you are taller than average, as I am. The walk-in shower is nice, and it works excellently, but there is one small problem - the slope is not adequate (maybe it couldn't have been done any other way, maybe it's just a building error, or maybe the drain system needs more frequent cleaning), so after a very short time the used water starts to spill out of the shower cabin. There is a manual tool to pull the water back, and it does the job almost good enough, but it's necessary to be on alert all the time during the shower. But to be completely honest, the price of the apartment was much lower than the rest of available properties in Bezons, so I think that the mentioned drawbacks are acceptable.

Достатъчно голямо, имаше всичко необхоимо, чисто, леглото е голямо и удобно, ползвахме и диванът-също беше удобен. Домакинът реагираше за всяка молба. Спокоен и тих квартал. Далече е от ценъра, но на 10 минути пеша има много автобуси и трамвай, в близост има пекарна и хранителни магазини.

Беше леко хладно, парното се пускаше централно, това не е голям проблем.

J’ai pris l’habitude d’avoir de grandes fenêtres pour apprécier la luminosité du jour. C’est difficilement réalisable sur ce type d’appartement.

Très bonne adresse pour passer des examens à l'Université de Paris Nanterre.

Logement très propre, bien situé, à 10 minutes à pied du tramway pour rejoindre l'université de Paris Nanterre. Possibilité de garder un véhicule dans la cour sécurisée par deux portails. Logement bien équipé : machine à café à dosette, bouilloire, lave-linge, sèche-linge, sèche-cheveux, défroisseur de vêtements. Lit confortable.3 dosettes à café et sachets de thé ainsi que 2 capsules de lessive sont mises à notre disposition à notre arrivée. La déco est très sympa et tout a été bien pensé. Bon accueil.

Oreiller très mou mais c'est une question de goût personnel donc rien à reprocher.

Tout est neuf, très propre, décoré et aménagé avec goût. Quartier très calme et sûr, avec la possibilité de garer la voiture sur un emplacement privé dans la propriété, sécurisé par deux portails.

Deveria deixar claro no anúncio onde fica o alojamento pois o mesmo tem de entrar dentro do seu quintal e dentro da sua

Nem se quer cheguei a entrar na acomodação, ao pedir uma informação e dar uma dica ao anfitrião para avisar que era dentro da sua propriedade particular que assim eu não teria alugado pois iria ter de sair várias vezes e que amigos iria me buscar para passear e iria precisar adentrar na propriedade o mesmo me expulsou do local, ao menos me devolveu o dinheiro

O anfitrião não explica no anúncio que o alojamento fica dentro da sua propriedade e que para ter acesso necessita entrar dentro do seu quintal, ou seja zero privacidade
