Wonderfull experience.

View from the balcony is breathtaking. Rooms, kitchen and bathroom are very spacious. They were very clean and in good conditions. House is 15 minutes walk from train station. Trains to Verrano/Bellano/Lecco are leaving every hour. Francesca is a great host, very helpfull. Stay at Casa Ilde was a great choice, higly recommend this place to stay ad Lake Como.

Excellent location and incredible host!

Excellent location. The host was incredible with all her suggestions and information that she sent. The apartment had a real authentic feel to it, making our stay really special. Great view from the balcony. Very easy to get everywhere.

Make sure you have a small car, otherwise driving in the narrow streets will be challenging.

Super Ferienwohnung mit einem sehr guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht war hervorragend. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich.

Die Zufahrt ist sehr eng, aber das ist kein Fehler der Ferienwohnung.

Siamo stati molto bene. Bella passeggita a Mezzedo, a 900 mt slm con vista fantastica su lago.

Sottolineare all'ospite di servirsi della stradina di accesso (Via S. Martino) che parte dal Ristorante La Breva e sale verso Casa Ilde (150 metri) da Via Roma. Noi abbiamo saltato l'uscita per Via S. Martino e Google Maps ci ha fatto arrivare da Via Papa Giovanni XXIII, che però è decisamente stretta per un'auto medio-grande.

Cosy et pratique

Le logement est très bien équipé (cuisine, salle de bain et chambre). Les plusieurs climatisations sont très appréciables. Le jardin est très agréable. Le logement est très bien situé, à proximité d'une plage et proche à pied de l'embarcadère. Le parking est également très pratique au vu du peu de stationnement disponibles. Lierna est moins touristique que les autres villes et permet de se reposer du flux du lac.

En réservant nous ne pouvions pas savoir si nous allions avoir la chambre au rez-de-chaussée (avec le jardin) ou à l'étage (avec le balcon)

Es war super und eine schöne Abwechslung.

Nähe zum See und die Parkmöglichkeit an der Wohnung. Der Tourismus am Ort zur Zeit hielt sich in Grenzen und die Nähe zur Bevölkerung war authentisch.

Die Zufahrt zur Wohnung war sehr schmal and beengt. Für SUVs kaum machbar. Ein Sonnenschirm am Sitzplatz im Garten wären schön und gut gewesen.

Super séjour

L’appartement est tout neuf et très propre.Une plage agréable en bas de la route qui dessert l’appartement.Les bus et trains fréquents permettent de se rendre dans les villages alentours. Lierna est aussi bien desservie par les bateaux.

La route pour accéder à l’appartement est très étroite. Le village est un peu loin à pied.

Un appartement très agréable et calme !

Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter aisément les localités autour du lac de plus, il bénéficie d' un balcon pour admirer le lac. Plutôt sympa au réveil !

Schoon, goede voorzieningen, rustige omgeving, uitzicht op Comomeer, goed bed, zeer vriendelijke en attente eigenaar.

Trivelig, godt utstyrt leilighet i rolig område, anbefales!

Fin hjemmekoselig leilighet, solid møblert i et rolig område. Egen parkering på eiendom. 2 store soverom. Velutstyrt kjøkken. Flott terasse for avslapning, med solskjerming. Sjøutsikt. 9 minutter gange til nærbutikk, som har alt du trenger, meget hyggelig betjening (gå Via s Nicolo, ikke den anbefalt av google). Meget flott restaurant 4 minutter gange unna. Badeplass 5 minutter unna.

Det er ac enhet på begge soverom. Begge avgir støyende pumpelyd. Er lovt reparert, men noe du må sjekke. Vi kunne ikke sove med ac aktiv. Noe å tenke på nå når vi nå nærmer oss den varmeste sommeren. Litt harde senger, men for oss var det ikke noe problem, godt med støtte. Tilkomstvei er trang, vær forsiktig med stor bil.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf bij Francesca aan het Como meer!

De locatie was heel goed. Vanaf hier konden we gemakkelijk de dorpjes langs het Comomeer bezoeken en vanaf het balkon hadden we uitzicht op het meer.

We hadden een probleem met het toilet dat niet door wilde trekken maar Francesca heeft dat heel snel en netjes opgelost dus uiteindelijk was dat prima. Het is ook goed om er rekening mee te houden dat je een heel smal straatje door moet rijden om er te komen. Het past maar het is wel spannend!
