Location, the apartment was clean and the facilities were excellent
The key to the communal entrance was very difficult to use. The lock needs attention.

Excelente localização, a um bom preço/ qualidade. Apartamento bem equipado, muito funcional e moderno, com boa arrumação e higiene. Bom atendimento e informação disponibilizada pelos serviços. Excelente espaço do parqueamento para viaturas, boa sombra durante todo o dia.
Pormenores a corrigir. Faltam portadas em todas as janelas e também não existem cortinados na sala. O quarto maior tem uma tela mal instalada, e a janela nem pode abrir. A porta de vidro de deslizar da casa de banho arrasta no chão. Falta de suporte para rolo de papel higiénico nas duas casas de banho. Pequena deficiência na imagem da TV com marca de vandalismo e um risco vertical permanente. É um prédio sem elevadores, pode ser limitativo para pessoas com dificuldades de mobilidade.

problem with door keys for opening outside door , not very good help from person that was contacted / cleaners ariving before my exit time . just came in opened door and left , then came back started cleaning before i could even get shower and leave , over all this was disapointing

Apartamento lindo, reformado, acabamento decoração moderno, aconchegante, muito limpo, utensílios vozinha novos. Banheiro ótimo. Estacionamento na porta de entrada. Não tem elevador. Padaria na frente do condomínio muito boa. Aos arredores muitos supermercados, farmácias e etc. local bem estruturado. Estadia perfeita. Recomendo.
