Everything you need is contained within the villa including laundry facilities. Kids loved the pool and the privacy of their own rooms within the villa.

Limited breakfast menu, but had the main meals you'd expect to see from most overseas hotels.

What a wonderful place! We truly enjoyed spending three weeks here. It’s clean, quiet, and very well maintained. My mom even said she dreams of having a house like this by the sea. The villa rate included weekly cleaning with fresh towels and linens, as well as daily pool maintenance. But the breakfasts were the most heartwarming part of our stay. Every morning we had fresh pho bo, banh mi, eggs, fruit, and pancakes with honey, chocolate, and caramelized bananas. And the coffee… absolutely delicious! All of this with a beautiful view of the large green garden. If you want restaurants, there’s an entire street full of cafés, pharmacies, massage places and shops just a 10-minute walk away. If you want comfort at the beach, a 20-minute walk takes you to the sea where sunbeds and umbrellas are available for a very small fee. If you want sunsets, sea stars and some quiet time, walk in the opposite direction — one of the best sandy beaches is right there. Once we discovered it, we kept going back every morning before breakfast and often spent whole days swimming, relaxing on the sand, and watching the fish. On our last evening we swam during sunset, and a school of fish put on a whole show for us — they were jumping out of the water and even brushing against our cheeks. We laughed so much! 😂 And most importantly — the people. The staff here are truly wonderful. They helped us with taxis, tours, and even offered motorbikes and a car for rent. We’re sad to leave… but we’ll definitely be back! 🥹

Personale molto disponibile, la proprietaria con noi è stata veramente un gioiello e ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Abbiamo soggiornato in 2, la struttura era decisamente pulita, con una piscina, 3 camere da letto indipendenti con bagno privato ed una cucina all'esterno dotata di fornello elettrico, frigo e lavatrice, tutto funzionante. All'interno sono forniti toiletries ed asciugamani. Letti matrimoniale + singolo comodo e pulito. Consiglierei decisamente questa struttura specialmente se alloggerete in più famiglie, e volete affittare qualcosa di simile ad un bungalow attrezzato, non ad un hotel. Attenetevi alle foto di booking perché quelle su Google mostrano parti di altre strutture confinanti (ci sono più ville, di più recente costruzione, a due piani). Bello il tavolo a biliardo nella zona comune a disposizione degli ospiti. È possibile fare colazione al mattino nella zona comune ma non l'abbiamo mai provata per cui non saprei dare un giudizio. Zona tranquilla e lontana dal traffico.

È possibile noleggiare in loco uno scooter (consigliato, vista la posizione decisamente defilata della struttura) anche se va detto che in città ovviamente i prezzi di noleggio sono ben altri. La proprietà è ben tenuta ma non così bene come le foto vogliono mostrare. Le sedie, ad esempio, avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata, sono pulite ma arrugginite, senza cuscini. Non è prevista la pulizia delle camere, almeno nessuno le ha pulite durante il nostro soggiorno di una settimana tuttavia se lo richiederete il personale verrà a pulire la piscina, raccogliendo le foglie e buttandoci un pochino di cloro. Mancano i gonfiabili mostrati nelle foto. La struttura è immersa nel verde, un po' anche qui trascurato il che ovviamente vuol dire doversi aspettare qualche animaletto in casa. Noi abbiamo avuto visite da parte di gecki giganti, ragni cacciatore e lucertole tipo iguana. Non sono pericolosi se non stuzzicati ma è meglio saperlo in anticipo se avete qualche fobia. Non lasciate cibo in giro, sia nelle stanze che fuori, perché ci sono molte formiche.
