Ein Abenteuer - wer mal "mitten im Nichts" übernachten möchte und dazu einiges über die wunderbare Natur Armeniens lernen möchte, ist hier genau richtig! Was für eine Unterkunft - ich habe sowohl die Lodge, die Zimmer und das Zelt gesehen. Alles super sauber, klimatisiert und von der Lage her einfach außergewöhnlich. Zudem ist das Personal extrem nett. Das Frühstück ist großartig.
Für mittel- bzw. westeuropäische Verhältnisse ist die Anreise schon etwas abenteuerlich - circa 7 km Schotterpiste. Gehört für mich aber dazu und geht - zumindest im Sommer - auch ohne 4WD und mit einem Kleinwagen samt erfahrenen Fahrer ;-) Das Abendessen hätte etwas üppiger ausfallen können bei dem Preis.

The location is really in the middle of nowhere, but that's exactly what we expected from a wildlife sanctuary. Calm and quiet, clean skies, close to nature. We had an English-speaking guide in the morning who showed us the bears and shared with us about the history of the refuge, thank you Miss! Nearby there's an abandoned castle which we liked a lot. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, keep up the great work there!
The plastic cover was covered in sand, we couldn't see through it, like it was on the pictures. The door didn't have a moskito net, that would've been quite useful.
