Khách sạn khá tốt, nhìn chung nhỉnh hơn phần lớn các khách sạn cùng phân khúc dù chưa thật sự xuất sắc. Nhân viên hỗ trợ khá nhiệt tình, khi mình cần thêm chăn và ga thì được hỗ trợ ngay, và mình cũng rất hài lòng vì khách sạn đã linh hoạt đổi ngày cho mình trong lúc khá gấp. Facilities ở mức ổn. Tuy nhiên, thời gian phản hồi khách còn hơi chậm so với tiêu chuẩn, và cách giao tiếp đôi lúc chưa thật sự chuyên nghiệp. Điều hòa cũng là điểm mình thấy cần cải thiện vì chưa mát như mong đợi. Dù vậy, xét trên mức giá khách sạn đưa ra thì mình thấy đây vẫn là một lựa chọn rất tốt so với mặt bằng chung. Nếu cải thiện thêm những điểm trên thì trải nghiệm sẽ tốt hơn nhiều.

If you don't drive cars, then it's ok to stay for short term. It's a apartment building that they take 8th floor for rent. The reception is there. Only rooms to sleep. Great location for swimming and eating. A bit crowded downstairs. Do not book apartment rooms coz it's not well maintained, take separate room instead.

First, this hotel is hard to find. It shares space with an apartment complex. The room was very small. Upon my arrival, there were no towels in the room. No place for clothing and luggage storage. The bathroom sink was coming away from wall. Safe was locked and had to pay extra to use it. Shower leaked from stall onto bathroom floor. I tried to set A/C but was in poor working condition. My stay will be cut short but I paid in advance so I expect nothing for refund. I suggest move your budget to a little more $$$. This one needs a lot of repairs.
