Blue Topaz Villa with Private Pool

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. The house is located in a peaceful, secluded area, offering complete privacy and relaxation, while still being only a few minutes away from Nafplio and all the main attractions. It is the perfect combination of tranquility and convenience. One of the biggest highlights is the breathtaking view of Palamidi Castle. In our opinion, it was even more impressive than the sea views we had from several much more expensive villas. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent throughout our stay, and he responded almost immediately whenever we had a question. The house itself is modern, spotless, and fully air-conditioned. The spacious bathroom with a large double shower was a real luxury. Everything was provided, including bath towels and pool towels, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We were also pleasantly surprised to find complimentary snacks, bottled water, and basic food items waiting for us upon arrival. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nafplio. Perfect for Family of 4.

Location is fantastic and in sight of the fortress. The outdoor space is simply awesome with countless, thoughtful details. Nick is a remarkable host who went to great lengths to insure we were happy, answering questions, and offering us suggestions on where to eat in town. We were also there when the hot tub arrived, so we got to be the first to enjoy the spa. The location is so idyllic, you could easily spend all day lounging by the pool, enjoying the outdoor stereo system, heading into town and then watching a movie by the pool. The main level of the house has so many nice touches, it puts you straight into vacation mode.
