Koodi süsteem oli arusaadav ja lihtne kasutada. Tuba oli piisavalt suur, rõdu meeldis eriti. Kliimaseade hoidis toas parajat temperatuuri. Külmik aitas toidu ja jooke säilitada. Naabrid olid vaiksed. Külalistemaja üldalad mugavad ja ruumikad.
Vannitoas ehk oleks võinud pikem dushikardin olla, et nii palju vett põrandale laiali ei valguks.

Private parking was a great feature, which was mandatory for us
Tv didnt work at all, sewer in the shower didnt drain well, there was a lot off dust under the bed and sofa, checking in and getting the key code was a bit complicated process.

Meeldis, et toas oli diivan ja konditsioneer ( hea eriti kuumal päeval). Rõdu on nii mõnus, ja hea võimalus hommikukohvi juua. Kapis olid olemas lisapadjad.
Külmkapp imeväike ja temperatuuri ei saanudki selliseks, et toiduained säiliksid. Toas puudus kraanikauss. Kahjuks vannitoa äravool ei suutnud vastu võtta piisavalt vett ja peale pesu oli mure sellega, et vesi ei voolaks tuppa. Käterättide hoidmiseks vannitoas võiks olla lisanagid.

Jauka ēka, ērta ieeja, balkons, ļoti patīkama smarža kāpņu telpā/vestibilā.
Dzīvokļa tīrību un uzturēšanu varētu uzlabot: uz dīvāna atradās ēdiena drupačas, griestos pie kondicioniera - zirnekļu tīkli, tikai 1 vīna glāze, un vienīgā lampa pie gultas - bez spuldzes! nepatīkami!
