It was easier to access the key, and the stay was awesome. The place was clean

I've requested to stay for an extra hour, and was informed I had to pay an extra R100,00, and that is acceptable. The problem is that the lights and plugs went off around 10h35. Secondly, I had to wait in the sun before leaving, waiting for the host to open for me, this could have been avoided if I had been given a code to leave. Even the code: when I had to check in, I was informed that I should text the host when I was at the gate. On my previous stay on 4 June, it was a lot easier for me to get the codes, as they were provided prior.

The access code at the gate were not working we had to turn almost 6 times and that was not fun at all and it was late

Cleanliness

One Ply Toilet Paper which was so useless , No plastic in the dust Bin,

I like that I didn’t need to go to reception and just got them out of a box but I didn’t like that we weren’t told this before we got there, I had to call the host and ask.

I didn’t like that I had to call or WhatsApp the host for things that could’ve been told to me beforehand 1. That we only have 2 access codes which wasn’t stipulated on booking.com website 2. I had to phone and ask how to check in and get the key 3. I had to ask why there wasn’t hot water a few hours after being there, then I was only told I need to turn the geyser on at the db board behind the bedroom door. 4. I didn’t like that the sheet on the bed was torn in more than one place.
