Ottima la posizione, nel centro storico
L' appartamento, essendo un' antica costruzione ristrutturata, pur essendo accogliente e ben arredata, presentava dei punti angusti, come le scale interne scomode, con volte basse. Inoltre sarebbe auspicabile ricavare, all'interno della vasca, un'altra doccia per il secondo bagno.
