Riobasco

Location was nice and comfy in the Scirocco room. Unfortunately we didn't know there were roadworks so we couldn't reach the property by car and park nearby as advised (I choose the accomodation also based on this as in Liguria parking is always difficult). Informing us would have been nice but overall we managed to park 10 mins walking away. the location it's good as you can walk to the seaside and also to the city center either Albissola Superiore and Marina. So you can reach different bars and restaurants and have a nice walk back home.

If guests are not respectful of others sharing spaces can be very noisy. We happened to share the house with a couple of girls in the Grecale room who had separate toilet (next to our room) but toilet must be used so no complaints about it. But they left the lights on overnight in the hall for two nights in a row, I had to stand up and go to switch it off. Also doors are noisy and if people don't care you can get waken up easily.

The house is really well maintained, and the decoration is lovely. The bedroom very comfortable and cozy.

La pulizia e la struttura ben curata

i lavori della pavimentazione strada rendevano acrobatico l'ingresso in casa, il tutto non segnalato in anticipo dalla struttura e anzi è stato mantenuto il prezzo che , a mio avviso , è elevato per i servizi offerti e la distanza dalle spiagge.
