Kanan, Caretaker is very good . Kitchen utensils are good. Location is 3.7km from bus stand but stay and surrounding is good if you have your own vehicle. Bonfire available. Breakfast and dinner options are provided by care taker , must try dosa. Worth the money. Stay is average but worth w.r.t money spend.

Geyser is bit issue. Hot water is very slow . Bit issue with insect but nothing major. Only small miror in one room. Swiggy and zomato options are limited

The location of the property was convenient and the room itself was comfortable. This accommodation is an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers. The accommodation itself was satisfactory. However, the kitchen could benefit from better equipment. A water dispenser would be a valuable addition. Maintaining a positive and welcoming attitude towards guests is crucial.

Unfortunately, the host's demeanor during the confirmation call was unprofessional. They appeared disinterested and rushed, and their curt responses made me feel unwelcome and discouraged from asking questions. Their condescending tone left me with a negative impression and hesitant to proceed with the booking. While the room had a TV, no channels were available. Similarly, while Wi-Fi was accessible, there was no internet connection. The kitchen was poorly equipped, lacking basic necessities like cooking utensils and even suitable glassware for drinking water. A water dispenser would also have been a welcome addition.
