A comfortable condo in a very good location to access the L.

Very spacious. Could sleep 12 in the three bedrooms but our group of three enjoyed spreading out. Located in a quiet neighborhood in the Gold Coast we enjoyed being a mile from the touristy Michigan Ave. A variety of restaurants in walking distance. It is very close to the L.

Parking is very tight. Our Toyota Highlander just fit in the garage. That said we were grateful for secure parking in a locked garage!

Fantastic!

We were three life long friends meeting in Chicago all celebrating our birthdays (60 years old!) and when planning this trip, it seemed we wouldn't be able to afford it. Although we love being together, we each wanted our own bedrooms -- hotels were unaffordable for three nights for three rooms. This apartment was ideal for the price. We could all be together, but sleep in our own beds; plus we had two full bathrooms, a full kitchen and parking included! I liked the layout of the apartment. The apartment has fantastic lighting, all appliances, full kitchen made our stay very comfortable. We loved that it had not only a balcony, but a deck also. Lots of natural light. When reading other reviews, it looked like some folks had trouble with entry codes so I was concerned; however, we had no trouble at all. The location of this building is really ideal; close to downtown, but not far from attractions to the north. The host was super responsive! Immediately answered any questions prior to our stay. Building codes and rules were sent right on time. Also I had texted that the balcony door handle/lock was a little loose. The host offered to arrange to have it repaired immediately.

Parking spot in the garage was a little narrow, but parking was included in the price and the garage was secure. I would have liked bigger towels after showering, but there was many towels, so it worked out fine. These are "nitpicky" things. Overall our stay was fantastic and comfortable. The only thing that could have improved this trip would be to have had better weather. During our entire stay, the highs were only mid-50s and raining in mid-May -- cold!

Clean, quiet place, spacious, close to downtown.

The mattress makes a lot of noise, it may wake up other people if you make a move. Also you may experience the noise from people upstairs.

Perfect stay for a short getaway to Chicago.

Fantastic property very close to the downtown area of Chicago, near the metro and the bus stop. Beautifully done up interiors, Very spacious and can easily accommodate 12-14 people . Ample amount of coffee milk and sugar at disposal. Prompt replies from the owner for everything we needed.

I wish the kitchen had basic supplies like oil . Also that the check out policies were a little more flexible.

Buvom užsisakę viešnagę 13 žmonių, bet realiai tai yra skirta 12 žmonių. 13tam radom čiužinį, tačiau nebuvo patalynės ir rankšluosčių. Parašiau įstaigai, jog mums trūksta, tačiau nebuvo sureaguota. Labai girgžda ir juda lovos - jei vienas verčiasi, tai jaučia ir girdi visi kiti 🙂 taip pat, labai plonos sienos - naktį grįžusi kompanija, gyvenusi virš mūsų, prikėlė kone visą mūsų grupę. Taip pat, pasirodė, jog tai nėra labai saugus rajonas (nors visiškai netoli centro), nes vieną naktį visai šalia mūsų namo įvyko susišaudymas.

El apartamento reúne todo lo necesario no solo para disfrutar de la ciudad sino incluso para vivir en ella. Es perfecto para descansar después de caminar todo el día por Chicago. La parda de brown line está a 1 min. Muy cómodo.
