Small stone house in the heart of southwest Tuscany, a real island of peace. The view from the house and the garden is fantastic. The surrounding towns and the sea are a 30-minute drive away. The hosts are kind, helpful, and available for anything you need. You can reach the small medieval walled town in a few minutes on foot, but if you want to go on a trip, you definitely need a car. If you want a real rural feeling, I can definitely recommend this cottage.
Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning in the house, which means you have to leave the windows open day and night. I was there in mid-July, when the temperature wa already quite high at night, so the house couldn't really cool down. An air conditioner would definitely add a lot to the value of the house.

unkomplizierte Kontakt, da Gastgeber Deutsch spricht. Zeit für Schlüsselübergabe war schnell telefonisch vereinbart am selben Tag. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Unübertrefflich sind die Sonnenuntergängen bei einem Glas Wein auf dem Balkon mit Blick über die Bucht von Follonica nach Elba....
