Facilidade de acesso com estacionamento. O quarto resolve para estadia temporária, tem cozinha e espaço de área de serviço.
Falta manutenção em algumas coisas, como fogão de indução, frigobar. O corredor tinha cheiro de cigarro apesar de haver placas de sinalização proibindo fumar ali.
