Brak papieru toaletowego. Lampa pęknięta nad stolikiem , w każdy moment może spaść na głowę co zagraża życiu. Czajnik przecieka , co też zagraża życiu. Po nocy cały blat zalany wodą, po każdym zagotowaniu trzeba było wylewać wodę do zera, żeby w czajniku jej nie było. Na balkonie brudne poduszki na krzesełkach. Informacja co do lampy i papieru zgłoszona do obiektu ale brak odpowiedzi i komunikacji.
